I have found the secret to far fewer and less severe colds. The secret is a glass of orange juice every morning.  Works wonders.
The swap was pretty good but I didn't see or hear anything about one in Sept. Are you planning on another one in the fall?

...I take 'C' Vit. every morning..yes, I guess it could be worse.....but this bug sure is making the rounds....

..Yes, we'll have a Sept 15th swap....and we renewed with our host for next year, etc....
