.....I threw chops in the oven and Jan made mashers, roasted corn....and we had pears with it.....you guessed it....LOL....no left overs....

I'm having imported spicy prosciutto on Triscutis.   It is so spicy and it is so flavorful.

My mouth was burning so I switched to an Italian soft cheese. This is like tasting a nibble of heaven.  I could stand a good greek salad but I don't have what I need for that.
