Good morning everyone. After an almost full night of T-Storms it looks like we are going to be hot and steamy today.

It is currently 78 degrees and the temp will be going up to 85F with an 80% chance of T-Storms this afternoon\evening. Our humidity level is at 88% at the moment.

With all of the storms that rolled in overnight it looks like I only got 4.5 hours asleep.

The 'Fun Day" part is that I'm in the basement doing water changes. I'll probably will be down here all day unless I break for a nap.

Too Many Fish. Not Enough Tanks.

Fish "work" is usually fun right?  I enjoy it.  Especially this morning, I was doing a small wc on my little Liz Blue Shrimp tank, and I saw tiny little baby blue shrimp!  I have had cherry reds before but never saw their babies, since they were in large planted graveled tanks.  But in this little tank they are all over the tank back which I let the algae grow on.  I looked with my mag. glass and they look exactly like the adults, just about 1/16th inch in size.  So cute.  Thanks again Liz!  You all have a good and fun day OK?

I'm glad your having fun with the shrimpies.  Soon you will have so many you'll be forced into the shrimp business.

It's going to be a hot one again today but it's still nice out in the shade.  I've got to go to town today but I have nothing planned other than that.  My nephew called from London today and we commiserated about the state of the Nation right now.  We also caught up on memories from when we were kids.

It's beautiful after sundown here, too.  I sat outside yesterday evening and chatted on the phone to a good friend in Jackson.  We talked about the depressing times now.  Luckily we chatted about more cheerful stuff as well.
Always move forward. Never look back.

...hi guys and gals!...

...I've been working on my big dragonstone rock project today...almost through...letting some of the adhesive set right now so came inside so I wouldn't be trying anything else and the setting any more... ;)   I tend to keep futzing with it!...

...Cloudy and warm (102-104) today... A/C's been working hard the past few days...

...you may remember we decided to list our 2 rentals we have left down in Florence for 12 month leases...got a potential renter now who's wife died last December and he wants to move in...references are good!...I worked on wording the rental agreement this morning...I'll call him in a little bit and see if he's still interested...BTW he's rented from 2 other guys in this area for winter season going on 5-6 years with no problems!...

...our friends from Florence didn't come yesterday due to health...so Barb and Stan came and we played Samba...Lucy and I won 2 of the 3 hands and they whooped us soundly on the 3rd hand....however, the total score of all 3 hands is what counts and we won the whole game by 300 points...barely a win, but still a win...      some scores end up 15k-20k at the end of the game .....each hand takes a little over an hour to play...

...we're going to hit it again later today and then go to an early dinner....
Happy Aquariuming,
Ron
