..We had BLT's, cantalope, sliced tomatoes.....and I snacked a few tangelos for dessert.....MMMmmmm...sweet little things.. |^|

I used Walkerswood jerk seasoning,it's a paste that comes in a jar.They also sell a marinade which i have never used.
Rubbed down the ribs and marinaded them in the fridge overnight.

Cooked them on the grill,they cook quickly and you will dry then out if you leave them to long.
You could also do them in the oven.

They sell regular and hot,i used the hot and it wasn't all that hot to me,next time  i'm going to add some heat to it.
