AWWW! lol Do you think it had a damaged swim bladder to result in getting his "wheel chair?" Good "MacGyver" type thinking to come up with that one! ( I used to love that show!)

Way cute!! or did the little critter just want to have someone feed it up close so it didn't have to fight with everyone else to eat?
