Porterhouse steak. Home made french fries. Celery with a blue cheese mayo dip. Other half made salad but I was too full. Steak was G R E A T! Run through a warm kitchen and seared. Perfect rare. Almost mooing.

Most excellent...........I like em tossed on the grill.....seared both sides about a minute each.....poifect....
