Since they're all small he can call them dwarfs it he likes.
How soon, what age...do they begin to color up..??....
The colors don't get drop dead to die for gorgeous until they're old enough to pair. Put a pair together and the colors get even more intense.

4-6 mos??..........life span is roughly 4 yrs on them, longer with good keeping skills...
Heck, don't ask me about time. I'm not good at how long. They grow fast.
