Great article...thanks....I like peppers with a meal, jalapeno's are perfect for that...plus 'poppers', which are lengthwise cut jalapenos stuffed with cheese, or cheese ans sausage..grilled are fantastic...I like the Serrano's too....extreme hot peppers maybe is a good chili is good too...but it makes little sense to challenge brain function at the...."Oh Dear God I?m On Fire" level....LOL

my Dad would make chili with nothing more than fistfuls of regular black pepper...hot, you bet...make ya sweat for a week.... ;D
