..I lost one of my breeder blue glitter females yesterday.....not sure what happened but looked like she lost her swim bladder....?
..so I decided to re-pair the male with a female 'seal point'.....so far it's working out and they seem to be getting along.....I believe this out cross will provide a stronger line to work with....?
Hopefully I can get some more crosses back to bg stock, or at least bg 'het' stock.... :)
stay tuned.....their first spawn is mine....LOL....

Wow Jon. Sorry to hear about your breeder. Wishing you and that male the best with that new pairing.
Great. If the Blue Glitter doesn't have a gold gene you should get 50% Blue Silvers and 50% Pinoys. Any of those pair up and spawn you should get 25% Seal Points and then you are on your way. Worked for me.

I believe he doesn't carry gold.....we'll see.....hopefully :)

I've noticed that that is pretty much all they want to do. If you have any tricks to make them pair up and spawn, I would like to hear them.
