....sunny and cool......almost 50 with mild breezes......not to bad at all really |^|
..just looking over the back deck....it needs a good power wash, and resealing....I think we'll add a piece of green indoor/outdoor carpeting for the summer....we've done it before and it's nice to
walk on bare foot, etc.....looks pretty nice too.....Menards has a cheap 'knock off' that will work fine..... |^|...I will replace the top rail 1" X 6" pieces too, and stain them....
...big water changes done......even 'Edgar' likes the hose stream...LOL....frolicking like a kid.... |^|
Spent the afternoon getting my Purple Martin house up. What a pain. I put it together yesterday and thought I would put it up in a flash. NOPE. The mounting adapters were just a little too small for my 1" pipe. Apparently made in China where they don't understand that the 1 inch dimension for iron pipe is an inside dimension. I had to spend some time modifying the mounts but it is up now. I keep kidding myself that we will get Purple Martins, but I know that Sparrows and Starlings are more likely.
