I just had some thrown together thing to keep me from starving. It did what I intended it to do.
Chef Andy called after I'd just finished WC and told me about the Red Fish Alomndine that he prepared for a private banquet. It was breaded in Panko and served with lemon butter. (There was more to it than that but that gives you the gist). At least I got to enjoy a main dish in my mind.
...a mediocre Cobb salad at the Golf Course restaurant....
