We're negotiating a lease from october thru march with option to purchase a park model with an expansion. May be able to get the lot beside it to add on for more space. Critical issue is space for aquaria...! Working on that..! |^|

We discovered a FSBO that we both love...! An extra adjacent lot comes with it in the sale. We just might buy it instead of rent the other. It feels right and the extra lot has space for the fish room..[emoji106]
We're going back over there with our friend here, who is a retired contractor, to look at a small conversion for a room expansion.

Made an offer....had verbal counter....we verbally countered back....they accepted....we'll complete the mutual agreement tomorrow on paper...! Getting the house and the empty lot beside it too. These park models are small and I know I'll be spending a LOT of my time outdoors on the deck. That's where I'll cook a lot. I'll get photos. Also going to expand the detached, completely finished "shed" for my room and aquariums.
It's coming together nicely.
On a side note...I'm learning how to navigate this Tapatalk deal.

...no he's not into fish....they travel back to Boston frequently, and over to Memphis too,....to visit their kids, and G'kids...but they love it out there....

I think we're going to love it. Already thinking about making here our home and traveling back to Seattle to visit family for a couple months a year.

We did make it through in fine shape. We have really enjoyed our visit here and don't really want to go home today...but we have family obligations thru the first part of August. One of us may come back before then for a short time to oversee some construction to expand a nicely finished shed and attach it to the house to make a room for me...!
