Yep, you can't go wrong with George.  Next to Jr. he's my favorite country/western act.  His albums are like Beatle albums...  not every song was a hit, but they are all very good and enjoyable listen from start to finish.

That's more to my liking.  Merle is definitely country royalty.  I've got some Alabama albums but some of their stuff is more pop than country to me.  Give me a fiddle and some peddle steel.....
