Knowing you, you wouldn't eat even Chinese over rice. I love that short grained rice they cook with Chinese and Japanese. The Jasmine rice with Thai is even better. So many ways to cook rice and all of them are excellent in their place.

I like my lo mein over shrimp fried rice Liz. My chicken chow mein over Chinese sticky rice. Don't eat Chinese much. Not healthy for you.
