Sounds good.  I'm having beef stew with red beans and rice.  This is the first time I'm cooking since I left Illinois.  I can't believe I've been eating mostly fast food for over a month. ::)

I don't think so.  My belt does not feel any tighter.  I'll get on a scale Monday after I pig out this weekend.

I made this http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2011/11/turkey-tetrazzini/  I didn't realize until too late that it was enough for 12 people.  I figured 8.  I froze half for when my SIL comes but there will still be too much.  It's in the oven finishing now.  It sure does taste good.  Marth likes cheese and this is sure cheesy.  She also likes low fat foods.  This is in no way low fat.  She'll need to go on a diet after she leaves here.
