....just a day taking things as they come along.... |^|.....tweaked my back somehow yesterday??.....not bad if I be nice to it for a day......hyper-extending can do more to me than lifting......oh well....better in the morning usually....

Take it easy with that back. I am still not fully recovered from lifting that cup of coffee 5 weeks ago. huh

Tuesday mostly sucked here although my tree guy did me a the favor of following me into Ellisville and returning me home so I could leave Charlotte with Chip.
Think I'll go hit the sack and wake up to a bright new day.
