Jon, it's so odd the see the local news and shots of Tampa Bay where the water has receded so far from shore. In about 15 hours those same areas will be in a huge storm surge.

That's scary.  I'm sure that they know that it will come back and bring more water with it and that it will come back in a vengeful mood.  My mom lived on Tampa bay in big condo.  She died years ago, so she doesn't have to go through this.
