Mine was perfection.  Simple and delicious.  If anyone wants recipes for perfect meatloaf and perfect 'tater salad shoot me a PM.

There was a fairly recent thread on my cooking forum.  The poster's husband told her that her meatloaf sucked.  The poor dear had been using dry soup mix and the recipe off the box for years.  Since I'm so enamored with mine I posted it.  I hope some of them try it.  I talked it up rather shamelessly :-[
