Mutiny at night

I was sure the little sailors would mutiny yesterday and they tried, but the officers were able to put down the insurrection.  The sailors enacted plan B, and were able to overcome their overlords during the night.  I have never before experienced a night time overthrow of the rule of law, but this morning the underlings are free and in charge of their empire.  "Let freedom ring."

It was a disappointment.  I saw dad start snacking on them last night before bed.  They'll lay again.  I expect a very large mutiny later today or early tomorrow from my number one pair and in a few days from another pair.

The pair spawned again today.  Not a huge spawn, but plenty.  More white eggs that I would prefer.

My number one pair has a ton of free swimmers that they have taken excellent care of for two nights.  Another pair has wigglers that I thought would free swim today, but it looks like it will be tomorrow.

The poor Discus pair has maybe 15 free swimmers attached.  Their are so few that the parents still try to stick them back on the cone.  I don't have high hopes, but I'll wait and see.
