I'm making a spicy pineapple pork dish.  It's Asian.  I found the recipe on the internet, read it, thought it sounded good and that I had all the ingredients on hand.  The pork needs to marinate until after WC before it's ready to cook.  I'll turn the marinade into a pan sauce and plate it over basmie rice.

Baked chicken wings & potato salad. My lady makes the best potato salad for me so I had the leftovers. |^| |^| |^| |^| |^|
