It's getting close to Christmas, folks.  April, her husband, and mother are celebrating the day Saturday and of course, I've been invited to dinner at noon.

It's been cool but not frigid here.  It froze last night but will go up to the low 60s later.  It will be a nice day to take my babies out for their run run.

I may have mentioned that I bought myself makeup as a birthday gift.  I got my first critique yesterday from Judy when she brought Franky-Wayne for grooming.  She said just the right things...that it took years off me but didn't look like I was wearing more than a little lipstick and mascara.  That's what I thought, but I don't know how good I am at evaluating my appearance.

Hi Liz, happy Thursday, it has been very cold the last few days, lows 20s at night, my pond fish are way at the bottom sleeping.  I put out pinecones rolled in peanut butter and birdseed, they are getting eaten.  First time to do this.  A friend was gluing glitter on cones, I did a version for the birds instead!  Glad you are going to Aprils for a feast.  Enjoy! I would also lie that floor vac! I have so much cat hair.

Speaking of cats, I just canceled my cruise that was to be Jan 12-18 to Bahamas.  Lucy my tabby cat isn't well and I would never leave an ill cat to go on a trip. I lost $$$ but my cats are worth everything to me.  Rebooked it for 12 mo. from now.  Tomorrow my son gets married, they are eloping to the mountains of NC for a few days.  I will see all my little family Dec 30-Jan 1, spending a night at each house.  Taking we 5 out for a big special dinner the 30th.
