I understand now.  Even when my husband died I put my pain on hold at work.  It was a necessity.  I had to get through life as best as I could.
Always move forward. Never look back.

I was actually thinking about that a while ago. My mom is making the last cat, Boots an indoor cat now. They were ALL out door cats. I am thinking about adopting a cat and letting it live in my room.

Speaking of people dying, my mom said to me at dinner a while ago" I will die soon". I know she is 58 or 59 but she just can't die. She is my mom and I need her.

I'm sorry to hear about your cat BB. That's sad....and it hurts....try to remember the happy moments....it's helped me many a time....

I am remembering the good times. But I still can't help but wonder why so soon?

So sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is to lose a beloved pet.

BB, I was in my 30's when my Schnauzer was hit by a car and died. I cried pretty much for 2 days, then was somber for a long time. I'm 68 now and still think what a cool dog he was. Hang in there.

I'm sorry for your loss b. Unfortunately these are life's lessons....things that teach us acceptance and how to cope. The sadness may stay in our hearts but it's important to keep room in there for the good memories too.

I just spent 10 minutes in about 90 degree heat outside chipping the word BELLA into the concrete block I put over her grave so animals wouldn't get to her.

I only wrote the word BELLA but I am thinking about writing the word RIP on the other side.
