..four pipe mains here in town failed with this deep freeze....all repaired now...but they're forecasting flood watches now as it quickly warms for a few days....rain/melting will put a lot of water in the system stressing it anew......

It's just enough snow to be a nuisance and cause accidents on the road. There is absolutely no wind so it feels pretty good outside despite it being only 17 degrees.
