...I fried up some egg sandwiches...potato chips on the side.... |^|..it's been awhile...

Babyback ribs and a sweet potato. I only ate 3 but they were delicious. I used some sesame ginger sauce that I had in the cabinet and made them tender while not falling off the bone. Can't wait to eat some more tomorrow. I am too close to my weight goal to go for more tonight. lol

..there's a place down by Wasco that makes the greatest bbq ribs......just, almost, not quite, coming off the bone....and fantastic sauce  |^|

.... huh....I was still hungry, so I grabbed the last of the leftover mashers...dumped gravy all over it and nuked it.....delicious !!!  |^|

There is a place in Harttiesburg that has great ribs, too.  They have good slaw and acceptable potato salad.  Y'all are giving me the yearning.

...fresh caught Alaskan cod...baked on a bed of sliced onions...covered in a mayonnaise sauce...
