MMMmmm...good rice  |^|......love Stroganoff too.....My Mom used to use a little white Vermouth or white wine in hers...yum....same with her 'Plantation chicken'...

I used white wine this time because I'd have had to drive to the next town north to buy i Brandy and I wasn't in the mood.  Brandy really is better, though.
