well, we had cheese&shells/mashers/wax beans/peaches along with the pork chops......leftover night's rock.. |^| |^| |^| |^| |^|

I finally made the beef Stroganoff.  Good Lord it was good.  I might even go for seconds.  What's better it that it will be even more flavorful tomorrow and Thursday.
