I didn't want to eat, I guess because I was sick yesterday.  I finally got the yearning for cannelloni.  I have the sauce ready but it will take a bit for the cannelloni to defreos.  I'm "self cleaning" the oven.  The top is quite warm.  It shouldn't take long.
