It's what I've been yearning for all week long and have just now made.  Meat loaf.  I made a sauce for it that sounded interesting to me with ketchup, brown sugar and mustard.  I have fingerling taters and baby carrots roasting in the same pan.  The thought of Italian sausage in a meat loaf grossed Mug out so I got a wild hair and added Choriso.  I always taste as I go along (even when it involves tasting raw meat)  I'm very pleased with the way all the parts of this taste although I'm a bit worried about the baby carrots.  Just 40 minutes until I get to eat. If the carrots disappoint me I will fix them.
