Don't feel bad Ron. I only got 9. And I guessed at 12 of them. Although I am an avid reader most of those books are not on my top 2000 list much less my top 20.

I could even read some of those I got right too. Just because I know who wrote them doesn't mean I read them. Heck I didn't even read Huck and Tom until I was in my 20's. A long, long time ago. Use to love Steinbeck but I don't think he made that list.

Last book I read was Atlas Shrugged back in 2009 when my son was born. It's the only time a book took me over 2 days to finish. (Most books only take me a few hours, if that. Got real boring in school when teach tells you to read chapter one and you've read the entire book already during study hall)

Sure...but if you keep reading things different than your personal favorite genre, it opens new worlds....I admit, with literature, I force myself out of my comfort zone on purpose. Same with life, a journey not taken is a journey missed. ...LOL.. like that big hyper fast new roller coaster....LOL...

I got 13 right, but I fully guessed at 3.
I few others were semi-guesses. I could tell certain choices were wronge because I knew the book was old but they put some more recent authors as choices.

LizStreithorst

I got 13 too, but also guessed at some.

I got 14 right.  This was a surprise to me since, though I enjoy reading, I don't ever have even a spare minute to sit down and do it.  I am luckyto get to read Southern Living magazine once in awhile.
