My Koi Pair # 1 Is Stupid

They've decided to move their spawn to the bottom of the tank to an area that has debris. ???

I did not clean that area because it was to close to the spawning slate and I did not want to spook them into eating the spawn. ::)

I put another slate in the tank. Hopefully they will move them again. They are just about ready to take off.

I put another slate in the tank. Hopefully they will move them again. They are just about ready to take off.

Should be a lot of microbes in there for them to feed on...right?

They won't anything at this stage, plus they have egg sacs...hopefully it's just some mulm.....odds are that they're free swimming or moved again by now...some parents will plop em anywhere, but usually not in harms way....
