They do live up to there name. They are constantly playing around with it now they know it's there. I have never seen a fish play dead. They get me every time. I guess they never heard about the boy who cried wolf.

I've never owned them but from what I've seen on the loach forum they're pretty comical.

clown loaches are one of my favs. i had a group of 8 one time and they would play dead in a pile. they were so funny to watch.

HA HA..I didn't know they did that "play dead" thing! How funny! Maybe their sleeping on their sides?
