What kind of plant is that in the pot in the second pic?  How do you manage to keep your gravel looking so clean?  How do you manage WC without it getting sucked up into your pump?

The plant is a medium sized anubias. The gravel gets deep siphoned about every 2-3 water change. BN's help a lot, as do cory's, to help keep it clean. My siphon head is from an old python rig, I took the tube/hose/connector and added a valve, then hooked to a hose to the drain....get a longer tube and you can reach the bottoms of larger tanks better, plus you won't get the gravel being suck through the hose/pump.....
