...nice day...80's, nice breeze, humidity only 40%, but dew point in the 60's......
..got the grass cut....ran a quick errand....I think now's a good time to go get some ice cream... :D |^| :D...

...heading out to county offices to record the sale of the property we just bought, cleaned up and 10 days later sold...will be watching for another one to flip or lease for a year at a time....
Great weather here today. Temps in the 80s with low humidity. One of the best weather days if the year so far.
...recording done...came back and rinsed off the Jeep...
...now I'm trying to figure out which smaller tetra I want to put in with the congos...need to be bright and I want about 24 of them...
