Just got done with this month paper work. This has been the best month we have had since we opened. I changed mangers at the first of the month. I try for a 30% cost to get sold. The old manager was doing about 40 to 45% to get sold. The car count was down this month but Randy still did a great job. Everything but oil changes and tires is under 30%. If he keeps this up I will have to give him a more money.

I think so. The folks here in Dayton try to play Lets make a deal or bring in there own parts. You have to have a strong manager or they will walk all over you.

It gets like that all over....folks up here can be pushy too...you just have to stand your ground.
