Just another day here...

Yesterday  went to make an offer on a beautiful triple wide mfr home in a park but could not make it contingent on an inspection...therefore no offer made...tomorrow at seven-yawn-thirty AM we meet the inspector there... if all looks good, then make the offer...fish room may still be in the future...!

Meanwhile, today, 2 meetings and then moving the patio bar, we've had for sale all summer, across town to the soon-to-be new owner...

Then, tonight, I've gotta treat a little bit of BGA in my tank....

..we're settling in for the night....mid 20's here and tumbling quickly under clear skies....

It will be quite cold here tonight.  But I won't turn on the heat.  I'll snuggle up with dogs.  Nothing warms you up better than a warm puppy.
