Two eggs over easy in butter cooked on low, with salt and freshly ground pepper.  More spicy  Cajun assuage  that I will be able to eat.  Two darkly toasted slices of good rye bread.  I hope I can eat it all.  Everything is so good but it was too much.  The dogs had a party!
