Porkchops and apple sauce. well, no apple sauce... just porkchops, broccoli and shells n cheese

Haven't decided yet.  It will either be kippers on good rye bread or eggs with Cajun sausage and rye bread.  Or I may pass on my meal...I had a can of good  King Arthur brisling sardines while I was waiting for a late pick-up on my last 3 dogs.  I may just nibble on the pistachios I bought.

Just getting back in the house. I will get something together. Might just be a ham & chesse sandwich. I don't like to eat too late.

Actually a great dinner for a buffet banquet style. Nicely baked chicken, excellent mixed greens salad, a totally different delicious mac n cheese dish, and nicely done green beans. A local nice restaurant catered it. The awards for the kids were nice and all were well behaved - including the adults...!!!
