Same as last night. The slaw was better what with having it's ingredient's flavors having 24 hours to marry.

Nice big pot of extra meaty chili. Sliced peaches for desert.

It was more creamy and I used a good bit of Hellman's mayo. I also added a bit white wine vinegar and a bit of sugar to make the flavors balance. I used purple cabbage. I don't know if there's a difference in the flavor between the green and purple. I used the purple in this case because the fish was very white and I wanted a contrast of colors huh
