Waiting for Chef Andy.  He'll be here soon.  I lack 1 PVC fitting but there's a plumbing supply place close so when he gets here I'll help him get started and then head out.
Always move forward. Never look back.

Chef Andy was great!  Turns out he majored in math and engineering.  It also turns out that we work well together.  He listened to my concerns and understood my thinking and agreed with me.  One time he actually thanked me for noticing something that he had forgotten about. It was something that would have involved a redo from scratch if he had not taken it into consideration.  We did a lot of taking down and putting up of unwieldy heavy stuff.  We had to keep in mind the fact that the 200 gallon plastic container will change shape when it's filled with water.  The bottom will flatten out with the weight and the sides will want to bow out.  We think that we have it taken care of but we will not know for sure until it's filled with water and tested.  I couldn't do the plumbing because it was 4:30 and the plumbing part will take a lot of thought as well.

He's crazy.  He said that he enjoyed himself!  I was so afraid that I wouldn't be smart enough to put potential problems that I was visualizing into words but I did fine.  What was in my mind's eye went straight to his mind's eye and most of what he thought were things I could often, but not always picture in my mind.  He wants to know how it works after I get it plumbed in and it's holding water.

I know I should have taken pics, but I was busy holding, and lifting and suggesting.  Today had been an excellent day.
Always move forward. Never look back.

This plan came together because two professional carpenters and one professional plumber tried and failed.
