But I'm trying it Alton's way this time. Got the cooked potatoes marinating in the cider vinegar now. I'll let you know how I like it tomorrow.

almost reminds me a bit of hot German potato salad.....bacon/vinegar/oil/bacon grease/onions..yada yada....
reminds me..we haven't had wilted lettuce salad in quite a while too.....Hmmm????
