Hello, MugClubbers...

We enjoyed the music at our Memorial Day dinner and dance Monday night. There was a nice remembrance time for our Service members who have died. It amazes me how ppl confuse the meaning and points of Memorial Day and Veterans Day, but the thought was there for the living and the dead. We owe so much to their lives.

The band was great with real rocknroll. We're going to make it a point to go see them when they play at a nearby bar some night. I had to quit dancing because my 77 year old knee started giving me some crap. I can't dance anyway so it was probably a good thing and saved Lucy further embarrassment!🤣🤣🤣

I woke early this morning and couldn't go back to sleep so I read awhile, got drowsy then went back and doszed til Lucy made coffee. The aroma is so good!

Haircut time today; it's tickling my ears.

Lucy is going to pull out of her booth at the antique mall. Too much work and not enough reward. I'm keeping mine and may keep hers too and expand to put large tanks in it to sell.  Biggest issue I have is getting ppl there. The average person shopping there is not looking for aquarium stuff. But I'm kinda developing a long term plan...sorta! Started working with a young lady yesterday who may be able to help me in that department. First line of business is that she will develop possible logo designs for me to select one from.

We're going to play samba this afternoon. I'm thinking we might set up this as a regular game day if Lucy wants to. We're teaching more ppl to play it as time goes on.

I guess it's time to eat my cereal 🥣 and tend to my fish🐠🐠. I need to wipe down the 75s in the game room. BTW -since I added that black Burmese Upside down catfish to my one tank, I've been losing 1 cardinal tetra per night!🍽� He's gonna get moved to the 125 - The Tank Of Misfit Fish! They go there as their forever home!

I'm having a busy day so far, mowed, trimmed, watered the rest of my succulents in my sunroom, which is a 3 day job, took a grocery trip out,did some housework, all this and it is only 3:30.  Going out for pizza with a friend later on.  Hope you all have a good day,  tomorrow I am taking a short ferry ride both ways across a big river, 40 min on the water.  I swear I must have been a fish in the past, I love being on the water.  Monday I will go visit the cemetery with flowers and a small flag for my husband.  It is always a memorable visit at a Vet cemetery on Memorial and Veterans Days.  My flag is flying beautifully outside my front door.

Another wonderful day here in Ohio.  Temps in the low 80's and lots of sun shine and blue sky.

Thinking about changing the rear tire on my Honda NC700X.  I think I've squeezed every last drop of goodness out of it, and as it's very warn I wouldn't like to get caught out in the rain on it.  With all the sun shine, the new one will soften nicely on the hot blacktop driveway and mount up pretty easily.

Errands done for the day as I've already run over to TSC and picked up water softener salt.  Holiday special, buy 5 bags get the 6th free.

Hi Ron and everyone. I am currently packing for my trip to Westchester NY. I will be leaving at around 10am for a 3 hour drive (traffic willing). I don't have to drive through NYC so that's a plus. I'll be back Sunday morning. 

And here we are! Approaching another weekend!

My Burmese upsidedown cat was out last night hugging the front glass of its tank. Cool looking fish. I figured he'd start coming out after a few days.

So now, in that 75g tank, I have him and my 7 cw028 Cories along with 13-14 cardinal tetras and 3 rainbows of some sort. I think that the only other fish I may put in there are a few panda garras.

We played samba cards yesterday here in a group of 6. Today we're gonna play in a group of 4. Fun game.

I haven't been advertising my business lately...taking a breather. A young lady is coming tomorrow afternoon to talk with me about ways to promote what I have and do. We're gonna see where that might take me.

Another great day on tap here.  Just a bit cooler, but lots of sun and blue sky after some morning cloudiness.

I made it up to Sidney and the Big 4 Bridge yesterday, and it is BIG!
