...any assortment of leftovers will do, but tonight it's...

bacon, potatoes, green pepper, tomatoes chopped up and simmered.....then scramble eggs in it all.....MMMmmmmmm..toast on the side  ;D


This is really good with pot roast leftovers...but alas we ate it all... ;D....

This is really good with pot roast leftovers...but alas we ate it all... ;D....

Gale's Dad used to call it Mish Mash. Anything he could find in the fridge mixed with scrambled eggs. Good stuff.

Ended up at Applebee's for the second night straight. House salad and the chop ribs from the appetizer menu. Yum! :P :P
