My dear sweet Mom used to prepared canned asparagus that way. I just absolutely loved it. Can't get Miss Lucy to do it that way. May have to break down and do it myself one day.

You can use Campbells cheese soup....undiluted....works pretty well for a quick fix'n...same thing over cauliflower....MMMmmm

I use a bit of half and half and some Merican Cheese. Sometimes I add cream of shroom soup too.
