...ok, the male has been advertising and had attracted his 'normal' female, and a nice oranger female too......I check'd the cave earlier and there are two distinct spawns of eggs......it's a first with BN for us......never seen it before..........but very pleased  ;D.....folks, there's a ton of eggs in there....LOL......he da man  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Good for you Jon. Hope he hatches them all. ;D ;D ;D My L144 males just sits in his cave and does nothing. ??? I put a nice plant over the cave and it was devoured.  I am thinking about moving him into smaller quarters. He's in a 20h now. ::)

as are almost all the BN pairs............'cept one........the other day I moved a king tiger pr to a 20gal....

...just checked the cave...all's good.....a there is a ton of eggs....zounds!!!.....put the cave in a 10gal with nice algae gravel, and glass, for them to chow on when they emerge..... ;D   we've used it before with BN spawns....fry grow really well in there. We had to move the LF BN occupants to a 30gal....but added angel peas too....so a win/win with that too ..... ;D
