I drove a car in Paris one time. OMG what a nightmare that was! Got caught in a roundabout and around and around I went with a bunch of pissed off French taxi drivers. What was I thinking?

Kinda like the movie European Vacation. There's Big Ben . . . . there's Big Ben . . . . there's Big Ben. . .

I don't suppose anyone here has been to the Texas Tavern in Roanoke, Va...This photo could be from there except there are no booths and they only have 10 bar stools.  They only serve hot dogs, chile, hamburgers and soft drinks and have been there since the '30s.  Their motto is "We seat 1,000 People...10 at a time"! Also referred to as "the Millionaires Club".
Happy Aquariuming,

If "womb" sounds like "woom",
and "tomb" sounds like "toom",
why doesn't "bomb" sound like "boom"?

Brings to mind a hunting trip with my Dad and his friend Chuck.  We were down at Dads cousins farm where they had black angus cattle.  Chuck had a fairly new Dodge pickup with a top over the bed.

When we returned to the truck from hunting, there were all these twisted up pieces of some rubbery substance.  It turned out, the top had rubber strips that covered places where rivets were used to put the top together.  As it was winter and you know how salt film gets all over your vehicle.... Well the cattle had a distinct liking for the salty taste of the rubber strips.  They had pulled every single one off and licked and chewed them to pieces.  I found it quite humorous, Chuck was not so amused.   >:(

..When we lived up in western NY, we had a cabin out on the lake....Dad would get a salt block for the deer...just so we could watch them during the winter weekends when we'd go out and stay at the place.....good times.. |^|
