..pots almost gone, time for another... ;D ..mid 60's today, a chance of rain....might toss a corned beef in a pot? could be a book reading day?
I had a reheated cup of Tuesday's coffee. Wasn't too bad.
I'm thinking lot about retirement . . . . . . . It could be soon . . . . . .

I think about it all the time. Then I realize I will have to work until I die and then another 2 years after that.

I'm better off than you, then. I'll be able to retire when I die because although I don't earn a lot I have no debt.

I've got a 5 year old. As for debt I've been pretty good. One credit card at 7 grand I'll pay off in a few more months and the house. That's under 160 though. And I don't have a car newer than the 02 Dakota. That now needs work.
I'm better off than you. I own my house and my 5 acreage. My 2 vehicles are a "99 van and a 89 S-10. I bought Charlotte, the S-10 so I'd have something to drive when the van, The Beast failed me. No kids, thank God. I can take care of myself only >:(

This house has 1.3 acres. I also own 6 acres in the center of Florida free and clear. But that will be the little guy's when he's older. And the only reason I owe so much is we took 30 G in equity to have the little guy. 6 years ago I wrote some of the largest checks ever to doctors for him. No regrets that's for darn sure.

That is so true. This was to have the kid in the first place. Went through IVF. 50/50 shot it would work and that was at one of the best in Tampa. I learned more about anatomy and biology than I ever wanted to know in the first place. :)
