i noticed Ember flashing ocadionally yesterday and i have noticed today too. he has always been on the shy side though and i cant get a good look at him. other than that he is eating and acting normal, he and his mate flame are getting reallly close to spawning :) should i be worried?

Is he marking a leaf..or slate?....always the same thing?...Sometimes flashing can be a show of bravado.......look to see if his scales are missing, or scarred....then it could be a external parasite, or some minor irritation ......a good water change will help.......he's most likely just fine.........and is just showing off... ;D
