Yep, when the Huskies gave walk-on freshman Tommy Fiedler his first career start in the title game and the Falcons senior quarterback broke the MAC single season yardage record held by Ben Roethlisberger, the writing was on the wall at the start of the game.....

Injuries have been NIU's 'Achilles heel' all year....and Fiedler, while talented, wasn't ready for this type of game...
