I'm in Waupaca with three of my boys. They made biscuits & gravy from scratch. Mmmmm. Now they're checking the pork shoulder that's been on the smoker all night. They set alarms to get up and check it during the night. We have two turkey breasts on there too. Yum. We need to do this more often. LOL
