Just about all the franchise/chains use conveyors. A few of the indies have the brick ovens. I won't eat any pizza off a conveyor anymore. Two things hard to find here. Good pizza and good Italian food. one reason I miss NY and Little Italy in the Bronx.
I miss a good Kosher Deli more than anything.
